For shipping outside of our area please purchase shipping via the button below for $20. This will cover shipping throughout Australia. The purchase of shipping must be done at the time of purchase, if the order does not include the shipping fee. Kellys Camping & Outdoors reserves the right retain the product until such time as it is. Whilst we have found that the $20 shipping fee will cover deliveries to major cities, Kellys Camping & Outdoors also reserves the right to charge additional shipping for especially large orders, please email us here if you have any concerns. If shipping payment is required and not paid for we will hold the item until shipping is paid in full.
Warranty All items are covered for the full manufacturers warranty. All returns may be sent directly to the store at the customers expense or delivered to the store in person. Once the manufacturer has determined that it is a warranty claim the postage will be refunded to the customer. If found not to be a warranty issue we can arrange repairs at a reasonable price.
